Placing an order
Placing an order with Funky Bubba is really straightforward. Simply click on the item that you
would like to order and add it into your shopping basket. You will see the price of the item and
any relevant delivery charges. Please note that VAT is already included. You can then
continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Checkout
Once you have completed your shopping, click ‘Checkout’. You will see your order and at this
point, you can either add further items or remove items from your basket. You will then be
asked if you wish to create an account with Funky Bubba. In order to create an account, you
will need to create a password. This will enable us to record your details so that when you
make subsequent visits to Funky Bubba, you will not have to input your details again (with the
exception of your credit/debit card details). However, if you do not wish to register your details
with us, simply click ‘Checkout without creating an account’.
Confirming your details
You will need to input your name, email address, telephone number and delivery address.
Your details are required to enable us to process your order. Please be assured that we will
not pass on your details to any third parties without prior consent by yourself. For further

Payment
You can pay online by debit or credit card, via a secure payments
service, called ‘Nochex’.
During the payments process, through our third party payments processing
service ‘Nochex’ you will be asked to provide your credit/debit card
details including the 3-digit security code which is on the back of your
card. For credit card payments, an additional level of security has been
introduced. A ‘pop-up’ box will appear asking you to enter your password
which you may have already registered with your credit card company.
Please enter your password and your payment will be complete. However, if
you have not registered a password with your credit card company, you can
click on a website link to ‘register your password’. This link will take
you to your credit card company website where you can register a password

Please note that orders placed by cheque will not be sent out until payment has cleared.
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an acknowledgement email
confirming your order and reference number. Please print-off a copy of your order
acknowledgement in case you need to contact us about your order.
